Ingredients:
1/2 cup mustard powder
5 tablespoons mustard seeds, ground
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup beer
2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons coarse sea salt
1 tablespoon agave syrup
1 tablespoon dried cilantro
1 tablespoon dried basil
Directions:
Thoroughly combine the mustard powder, ground mustard seeds, water and beer in a mixing bowl; let it stand for about 30 minutes.
Add in the remaining ingredients and stir to combine well.
Let it sit at least 12 hours before serving.
